You'll tell us where you are interested in buying and what type of property you are looking for.
Research
We'll prepare an overview of what is available that meets your criteria.
Search
An intensive boots-on-the-ground property search will find your dream place. We will do rigorous inspections and make high quality remote viewings for you (4k video and 360 photos).
Closing
When you are ready to buy you'll pay a deposit to lock in your unit. In most countries this is 5% of the purchase price. We handle the closing process and are will deliver to you a fully renovated property.
Management
You can live in your property for all or part of the year, or short term rent it out for income. Whichever you choose, we'll be there to handle all the details until you decide to sell and start your next big adventure. We guarantee not to profit from property management and you'll get access to detailed reporting.
Exit
When you're ready to sell we will help you to find a buyer. You can expect a higher price than a direct property sale because buyers save stamp duty when they purchase LLC shares. If you want to 1031 exchange, we can arrange for your funds to be placed with a qualified intermediary until you choose a different property to buy.
Once You Own We'll Handle Everything
You can still approve important decisions - but you won't be distracted by your property. Our expert team will take care of all the grunt work.

You'll get efficient and professional property management billed at cost from us for as long as you own your AIRHOME. When you sell, we will continue to manage the property for the new owner.
